Join us November 15th, 2025 at the charming Eastham Public Library and the historic Windmill Green area. This quintessential Cape Cod setting offers wonderful sketching subjects including the iconic 1680 Eastham Windmill (one of the oldest on Cape Cod), the library's modern architecture nestled among pine trees, classic Cape Cod homes along Samoset Road, and the peaceful town green surrounded by mature trees. Participants can wander the interior of the architecturally stunning library, which offers plenty of space to sketch either indoors or in the courtyard. Or, wander a short way down the road to the windmill! The contrast between historic and contemporary elements makes this location perfect for capturing the evolving character of Cape Cod. Free parking is available at the library.

Schedule:
10:00 AM – Meet in Book Sale Room. 

12:00 PM – Gather again at the same spot for an optional sketchbook throwdown (sharing sketches)

What to Bring:
Sketchbook and drawing supplies
Water, hat, sunscreen, or bug spray as needed
A blanket or chair if you prefer to sit outside while sketching
Warm layers and gloves (December weather can be quite cold)

All are welcome, from beginners to experienced sketchers. Free event, no registration required.
